Land Rover Steering Protectors (skid plates)

Skid plate for Land Rover & Range Rover

For Land Rover Defender, Discovery I & 2, and Range Rover Classic

Under body protection for Land Rover & Range Rover Steering protectors mount under and behind the front bumper, right to existing chassis mounts, and come with all necessary hardware (ARB bumpers require longer bolts, not supplied).

The plate itself is 7mm (just under 5/16") aluminum. The brackets are heavy steel, coated in black vinyl (for resistance to rock chips).

They protect the steering arms from rock damage, and the plate ends just at the bottom of the front diff (with normal weight on the truck). May obviate air dams on some models. Plates may need to be notched when used with ARB bull bars. One of our most popular late model accessories.
