New replacement original style 25D distributors have become available again on a limited basis. Check for availability. The newer style replacement 45D distributors are usually available. Both work equally well, it's mostly an appearance difference. Both are brand new, not rebuilt, no core charge required. Either can really improve the power and mileage of your 2.25 if your old distributor is worn out.

The Lucas motor for the dual motor wiper systems has long since been discontinued. Here is an aftermarket replacement for early Lucas wiper motors 500519P |
A voltmeter can tell you a lot about the state of your Land Rover’s charging system, including if it is keeping up with the power you are drawing. Since a voltmeter doesn’t care how much current your system is drawing it is a popular gauge for people who have converted from generator to high output alternator. BV2220-00B |

Exmoor Trim Heavy rubber floor mats
Sometimes a product comes along that is much better than what the Land Rover factory offered. These mats are such a product. Molded of thick rubber they stay in place as people slide their feet and outwear the factory originals.

converters (and reducing the service life of older

Series Land Rover workshop
and parts manuals on CD: 
Each CD includes original shop and parts
manuals, but the additional material is amazing. For example,
the Series IIA CD also contains the very rare '67-'71 USA
supplement, optional equipment manual (which shows all the
pieces for canvas tops and station wagon safari tops), 'approved
implements', special tools, owners manuals (including the
very rare US version), 24 volt electrics and other military
specialties, plus a lot more. The Series III also contains
the rare US supplements, and the Series 1 has all repair
and parts manuals along with owners handbooks.
Each CD is based around a
model range:
Series 1, 1948-1958 LHP19
Series II, 1958-1961 LHP20
Series IIA & IIB, 1961-1971 LHP21
Series III, 1971-1985 LHP22
These
CD's are Genuine Land Rover Classic products, and
they are copy protected. Minimum computer requirements
are Windows 2000, Pentium III or equivalent processor,
Adobe Acrobat 7 or Reader 7, and 128 mb ram.
Note to Macintosh users: Copy protection prevents pdf files from opening
under OS X.
