Terrafirma 2" Lift Kit
Defender, Discovery 1, Range Rover Classic
Stock springs
start to sag after 6 or 7 years. If your truck still has the
original springs you've probably lost as much as 2-3"
of clearance from what it originally had. A new set of Terrafirma
springs will recover that lost height plus add about 2"
more.
The TF202 medium load suspension kit includes a pair of TF116
and TF117 shocks and a pair of TF018 and TF023V coil springs.
This kit works great on trucks with around 200 lbs. of additional
equipment or load on the front and approx 440lbs. on the rear.
The shocks are oleo-pneumatic, nitrogen charged. Since your
shocks are the suspension limiter, in order to get full travel
out of your new springs you'll need these taller shocks.
This is a good, affordable first step in beefing up your rig
for off road work.

"Return-To-Center" Steering Damper
Terrafirma's
return to center (RTC) steering damper helps keep you pointed
in the right direction using an external coil spring. The
self centering action that you want for rugged trail work
is greatly enhanced as a result. This is especially useful
with big tires or after airing-down. The RTC steering damper
also helps on grooved concrete highways, where straight axle
trucks can wander a bit. Great price on a great new part!

Stainless Brush Bar
Traditional
brush bars are great for light off roading. They protect the
front of the truck from branches off road, and from errant
shopping carts in parking lots. Plus they just look cool.
Europe has banned metal brush bars: these are not the 'pedestrian
friendly' plastic things. Not designed for heavy off road
use, but for light off roading and fishing/hunting work these
are fine. Mounting instructions are included, and no holes
are required.
